First of all, why not? But also, to do great work. We can talk around it, but at the end of the day this is why we want to hire you. We come to work every day (not literally of course — not weekends or holidays or whatever, but you get the idea) to create something. Hopefully something great.

Job Descriptions

Yes, we have them. They mostly spell out the technical requirements, but that’s a given. You have to be brilliant at your technical skill. But what else can you do? Can you speak Japanese? Are you a tattoo artist by night? Have you run a marathon? Do you make a mean ramen? Its these other dimensions we hire for. In any case, extensive repertoire of happy dances will be looked at favourably.
